Prepare all-source intelligence products to support the combat commander. Assess the significance and reliability of incoming information with current intelligence. Assisting Special Agents with investigations through evidence analysis in ongoing investigations. Assistance in initiating new investigations based on incoming complaints from various hotlines managed by USAID OIG. Assistance with preparation and execution of investigative operations. Assisting with oversight and editing of special agent's preparations of summaries of allegations, reports on investigations, referrals to outside agencies and internal offices, and memorandums of interviews. Supervision and expansion of intern program, including coordination of recruitment events, expansion of recruiting base to new universities, and initiation of pathways intern program. Supervision and oversight of recruitment process, resume screening, and interview coordination of potential candidates.Supervision and oversight of weapons inventory, coordination with firearms instructors to certify agents and maintain weapon and ammunition inventories, and oversight of firearms maintenance. Alerting to and assisting with the repossession of missing firearms, and streamlining the firearm assignment process.
