Complete the purchasing of new and replacement hardware and workstations, as well as setting up and installing these devices upon arrival. Train and assist office personnel on new and existing software and hardware. Design and implement custom software to enhance efficiency of existing procedures within the company (Ex: Digital Purchase Order Tracking, Inventory Management, Asset Tracking, Equipment Repair Tracking, Expense Reporting, Asset Inspection App). As a FAA Licensed UAV (Drone) Pilot, capture videos and pictures of active job sites and edit media for marketing purposes. Inventory Control Supervisor:Oversee and update custom inventory procurement system within three branches of the company. Replenish all stock of low value and high value parts/equipment. Distribute and Track all high value parts/equipment by location on a daily basis using a custom asset tracking system. Complete purchasing of any items/services requested by the project management department and field superintendents.

Repair all customer devices checked into the Geek Squad counter. Assist Consultation Agents greet and help clients with their technical issues. Manage and organize queue of client work orders, communicate repair statuses with clients, multi task between repairs and client assistance. Provide excellent customer service to all clients.

Provide customers with excellent customer service. Troubleshoot customer electronic devices, repair all devices dropped of in-store for repair, and communicate with customers regarding their repair status. Assist the copy center with order intake and completion. Contribute to sales quotas within the electronics department, as well as upkeep the stock and merchandising of the electronics department.
