Utilizing hybrid Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM plan based on both ITIL and TOGAF architecture for flexibility through product stages from strategic to operational development.- Business Plan Development – Develop and document the needs based feature set and product description, organizational and management structure for the business, market analysis findings, pricing and gross margin targets, anticipated customer lifetime value, and overall financial projections for pure & hybrid SaaS business models.- Customer Journey Optimization Strategies - Optimization of the customer’s journey, not just individual touch points in order to drive the highest volume of brand advocates as possible. This entails mapping out the customer journey across demographics and psychographics, customer lifetime value analysis to see what the long term values of the various segments are, and identification of inflection points with the highest potential for return on investment.- Marketing Plan Development – Development of initial “Go to Market” launch strategies as well as the five-year growth and sustain marketing plans. These plans include the initial market penetration strategy, the years 1-3 growth strategy, channel distribution strategy, and the year one communication strategy.
