Responsible for all Property Management matters for an independently owned, fully-leased, 60,000sf, 12-story commercial office building located in midtown Manhattan. Duties included managing union staff, nurture tenant/landlord relationships, lease/amendment negotiations, annual budgets, transition planning after asset sold and oversight of overall building operations. During the disposition of the asset, I was the point of contact for all matters regarding due diligence, tenant buyout negotiations, settlement agreements, tenant relocation and all communications with appropriate parties.

Duties and functions included client prospecting, marketing and market research, lease negotiation, new business development, managing tenant/landlord/broker relationships, analysis of pro forma financials, real estate market consulting services and transaction negotiation for clients.Key Experience:> Member of leasing team responsible for a 300,000 sq. ft. leasing transaction for UBS in downtown Stamford, CT. Identified prospects in the market and assisted with negotiating terms and conditions.> Represented Odyssey America Reinsurance on all real estate requirements in downtown Stamford, CT. Leased excess office space by identifying prospects through broker relationships, prepared pro forma financials and negotiated terms and conditions.> Clients represented include: Career Education Corporation (Gibbs College), EMD Chemicals Inc., Lenovo (a division of IBM), Northwestern Mutual, Covidien, A&E Television Networks, Cancer Care Inc., UBS, Odyssey America Reinsurance Corporation and Stinnes (now DB Schenker).
