In 2001 I was asked to develop a customer service infrastructure and create a world-class student care and support organization. -I over saw the day-to-day operations of the service department including a world team of student support, technical support graphic design and the resource lines for our students . -There is six departments from lead generations to support for financial payments of students.We help students with an array of issues and can resolve most issues on the first call.-Researched and with my team and set up systems and relationships with our on line partners and Merchant account providers, to prevent Fraud filters.
