· Poised to become a national model, CJL, a first-of-a-kind AmeriCorps program enlists formerly incarcerated and system-impacted people to provide reentry coaching and mentorship to justice-involved youth and young adults who are facing many of the same challenges they once did. Drawing on common lived experience, the Justice Leaders function as credible messengers for their younger peers, a best-practice framework that guides their year or more of service at organizations across the state of California.

· Lead campus organization dedicated to fostering unity among South East Asian students through an approach encompassing art, culinary experiences, interviews, journalism, and insightful discussions!

· Conducted research and analysis on key issues affecting students, including mental health services, transportation access, and Title IX reform, presenting findings to the administrative and policy-making bodies of SFUSD leading to the implementation of new initiatives that directly benefited the over 55,000 students of San Francisco public schools.· Coordinated and facilitated weekly meetings of 30+ representatives across SFUSD

· Collaborated with customers on long term projects to design and construct custom wood furniture pieces including bed frames, lamps, sofas, etc.
