My career spans 15-plus years across environmental, socioeconomic, and cultural sectors, highlighting my unwavering dedication to ecological research, project development, data collection and analysis, impact assessment, and monitoring and evaluation.My professional journey includes over five years of working with esteemed international agencies such as the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, Japan International Cooperation Agency, Hydro-China Corporation, and various private sector-funded energy projects in Nepal. These roles have honed my skills in working on large-scale environmental and socioeconomic projects, providing me with a solid foundation in managing diverse and complex initiatives.I have a rich academic background, with over ten years of teaching experience in statistics and mathematics at Nepal's undergraduate and graduate levels. This experience has not only refined my teaching skills but also reinforced my ability to effectively convey complex statistical concepts in a manner that is accessible and understandable to all.I served as a Business Administrator for the immigration legal assistance program under Ascentria Care Alliance. In this role, I leveraged my client service, financial management, program oversight, and stakeholder engagement skills to support and empower refugee and immigrant communities.
