English Tutorial Program is a tutoring program initiated by Language Center/Lembaga Bahasa dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Umum (LBIPU), Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The program is compulsory for the first-year (1st and 2nd semester) students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta who are taking non-English majors. There are 6208 participants, 511 groups, and 64 Divisions in 2022. My role in this program is as a supervisor and instructor of two divisions consisting of 20 tutors.Job details:• Setting performance goals and deadlines according to the plans and vision of the institution and communicating them to tutors• Organizing workflows and ensuring tutors understand their assignments• Monitoring tutor productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching• Maintaining timekeeping and personnel records• Passing on information from upper management to tutors and ETP participants and vice versa• Preparing and submitting performance reports in the middle and end of the semester• Training new tutors and providing assistance, debriefing, and deepening material twice a week before the activity begins• Ensure adherence to rules and policies and procedures of the institution and take disciplinary action when necessary
