• Handle end-to-end processes to recruit new candidates from any level (Sourcing, administrative selection, psychotest, interviews, onboarding).• Maintain and archive employee data both soft files and hard files (Contract, Internal Memo, Reprimand etc).• Handle employee attendance data collection to be given to the payroll department.• In charge of calculating, up to making employee remuneration reports or matters related to employee rights.• Maintaining company assets.
