Lead Technical Recruiter
CurrentStrategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's IT talent needs. Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to understand the IT department's requirements and objectives.Create accurate and compelling job descriptions that effectively communicate the technical skills, qualifications, and responsibilities required for each IT role.Proactively source and identify potential IT candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
