I have more than twenty years’ experience to maintain the Quality Management System. Starting as auditor, growing as lead auditor and training new auditors, I led a cross-geographical team defining, developing and improving the Business Management System of the Division in accordance with statutory / regulatory and customer requirements. The BMS includes quality plans for military customers, quality manuals, policies, processes and procedures, supporting the current system certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, EN 9100, AQAP 2210, AQAP 2310, EASA/EMAR approvals) and the achievement of new ones.Now I'm responsible of a team dealing with quality plans during the business acquisition and program management process, following the quality requirements during the contract lifecycle process.In my role I have to be and I am proactive, reliable, precise and ask the same to my team, I have developed management competences such as decision making, problem solving, remote and in presence team working.Thanks to my experience and representing Leonardo Helicopters, I was a member of international groups working on proposals to improve the European regulations and was a member of a cross-divisional Leonardo project about an integrated Process Framework.
