Work Description:- Over all in charge of the project.- Ensure in timely update of monitoring reports, inventories and as-built.- Assist in the development and maintenance of preconstruction, construction and closeout execution plan.- Assist in reviewing project drawings and specifications to gain full understanding of project scope, client goals and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project.- Identify construction approaches and risks to ensure efficiency and mitigate exposure.- Assists in the development and maintenance of project schedules, durations, and sequencing logic.- Oversee the activities and performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and/or scheduling requirements.- Supervise completion of punch-lists, close-out documentation and demobilize the job site at the completion of the project.- Assists the Project Engineer in checking sketched plan to ensure accuracy.- Assists the Project Engineer in giving technical advice to labor force.- Supervise, guides and leads the labor force on the project site.- Updates the Project Engineer and Manager on the progress of the project.- Coordinates with Project Engineer for any encountered problems.

Accomplishments:- Done structural construction of iGovPhil/GOV-NET project of the Department of Information and Communications Technology at Regional Government Center, Tuguegarao City.- Able to handle problems encountered and looked for most possible solutions.- Interpreted, implemented, analyzed and studied plan, made some revision to reroute cables for most possible and feasible location.- Surveyed some un-surveyed and additional government agencies on the site and made FTTB CEF(Cable Entry Facility) plans.- Installed, repaired and tested fiber in a variety of environments (underground and aerial).- Spliced fiber optic cables on loose tube and assembled splice case at inside and outside plant, closure and ODF.- Read and interpreted work prints and slice diagrams.- Performed routine maintenance and emergency repair as called upon. Recognized and repaired fiber damage.- Spliced additional agency at inside and outside plant of Baguio City GOV-NET project.

To monitor the performance of the machines(MFP) and recommend necessary action and to solve machine problems within the 24 hour period.To visit all assigned accounts monthly in order to check machine performance and customer satisfaction.To do preventive maintenance (PM) as may be required: check up, parts replacement, calibration, and spot cleaning.

Attend to service calls reported by the clients in Quirino, Isabela, Cagayan, Kalinga and somepart of Ifugao. To monitor the performance and connectivity of the machines to the computers in the networkand recommend necessary action and to solve machine problems within the 24-hour period. To visit all assigned accounts monthly in order to check machine performance and customersatisfaction. To do preventive maintenance (PM) as may be required: check up, check connectivity, partsreplacement, calibration, and spot cleaning.Accomplishments: Quarter Achiever Award (for January-March 2012)
