Leading end to end process in planning & managing online sales channel in Tissue Business Unit - FMCG division through all nationwide eCommerce platforms

I'm currently working on a subsidiary company of this Holding, engaged in e-trading business. My main responsibility is to ensure increasing growth of the business measured by both quantity (in form of monthly GMV & Gross-Profit Analytic) and quality in the relations & partnerships with all the stakeholders (including all the E-Commerce platforms we're engaged with).

Last project before my resignation:- Tokopedia Official Store (proposal)- Partnership Tokopedia with BPJS (proposal)- Tokopedia Seller Center: https://seller.tokopedia.comHandling special business proposals related to sales partnership with principals / brand holders. Currently, I'm also responsible in building collaboration with Government Institution and other Private / NG Organization. The purpose is to find a way in adding business and humanity value(s) for all the SMBs in Indonesia. Along with discussion, brain-storming session, and various activity, we are trying to integrate the whole elements to build better Indonesia through internet.Working in one of the biggest e-commerce startup company has taught me a lot of things. I accept all the dynamic work distributions and environments as challenges and great ways to develop my value better from days to days. Tokopedia Seller Center is also a part of my daily activity currently. I learn how to utilize such site to help people develop their online business to improve their living, through both verbal and non-verbal stuffs. Before integrating all the contents in Tokopedia Seller Center, I was in charge to develop those presentation to be shared in both internal and external activities. I learn to explore and analyze data, deliver them in the easiest way to be understood, and also to research them periodically so they will be valuable things to be shared. Last thing to do with them is to find the best way for presenting to many kind of audiences in very specific situations, since I also have to always ready for being my company's representative.My very first jobs after joining my team were to do acquisition and retention. Many people may see that as very tiny, or the last things they are willing to do; but for me without having such experiences in those "tiny" matters, one just can't understand the whole business perspective of the e-commerce -sphere.

Responsible in organizing research administration from the very beginning of the research, and also to give recommendation to the reports written by field-­‐researchers

- Responsible in asking interviewee by phone in order to collect data which will be involved in statistic survey- Responsible in meeting respondent and in interviewing them face to face in order to collect some data to be analyzed

Responsible in promoting and selling products (Serta mattresses)
