The Industrial Systems Planning and Optimization Laboratory (LPOSI) is a laboratory under the auspices of the Industrial Systems and Techno-Economics concentration in the ITB Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management study program. This concentration uses science to design, manage, and optimize integrated systems to increase efficiency and competitiveness. As an assistant, I am responsible for one of the courses, namely Operational Research and Integrated System Design Practicum.

The Project Management Office is a division under the Human Capital department. This division is responsible for initiating and closing MTI projects (MTI Night and MTI Graduations), recruiting project managers, organizing training for committees, and overseeing project execution. As a staff member, I had the opportunity to be a panelist in the election of chairman for the Wisuda Oktober 2023 and to participate in the fit-appropriate test for the election of chairman of MTI Night (MTI's birthday celebration) and Wisuda April MTI 2024. I have also taken the opportunity to speak at PMO101, explaining material regarding project management from the planning stage to the closing.

Pabrik MTI is an instance of regeneration for Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management students, particularly second-year ITB students, by transferring on the values, culture, and other organizational information acquired at MTI ITB prior to joining the organization. As a licensing division, I am responsible for fulfilling all room-related activities, particularly making room loan permissions and noise permits for Pabrik MTI 2023.

8EH Radio ITB is a community radio station that broadcasts engaging and informative radio programs. It has a distinctive program and music format that accommodates the demands of the younger generation. I take part in carrying out my responsibilities as a finance manager. I am accountable for developing a budget plan for the organization's needs, controlling every disbursement of funds, recording income and expenses, and preparing financial reports in a clear and detailed manner.

In my role as finance staff, I focused on fostering transparency through shared financial reports, ensuring everyone in the organization had a clear view of our financial health. Additionally, I led a small accounting project as a team leader, which contributed significantly to the division's success, generating 5% of its total revenue.

As a broadcast producer, one of my primary jobs is to brainstorm and research program ideas for 8EH Radio ITB. I then develop scripts for the announcers to ensure clear and compelling delivery. During broadcasts, I coordinate harmoniously with departments such as music, marketing, announcers, technicians, and reporters to ensure a smooth and successful production. I work with music to create jingles, bumpers, and playlists. I also ensure that the 8EH website runs smoothly during the live broadcast. I collaborate with marketers and reporters to coordinate broadcast-related posters and infographics.

As a marketing person on a broadcast team, I design eye-catching posters to grab attention for our broadcasts. I analyze our target audience to understand their preferences. This knowledge allows me to craft strategic promotional campaigns. I implement those strategies on 8EH social media platforms like Instagram and Twitter. Aside from that, I also manage our overall Instagram 8EH presence.

Engineering Drawing is one of the mandatory courses required of first-year students at FTI ITB. As an assistant, I am responsible for developing practicum questions for one of the modules, supervising the practicum for seven modules involving the utilization of Solidworks, and providing guidance and direction on the implementation of major assignments in the Engineering Drawing subject.

Wisuda April MTI is a regular event held by MTI ITB as an affirmation of gratitude and expression of appreciation for Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management students who completed their studies between October and April. As secretary, I am in charge of managing all letters associated with event executions, including letters requesting accommodations, invitations to graduates and academics, meeting minutes, and accountability reports to MTI ITB. During my management, I successfully completed administrative activities such as creating and archiving event documents and meeting minutes for over 80 staff members.

In my role as human resources staff, I contribute to the successful running of committees by monitoring their overall performance. This involves evaluating the effectiveness of each committee and providing assessments of individual staff contributions within those committees.
