In brief, MatterBatter is a business project and also a part of the Integrated Business Experience 2021 course at SBM ITB. We consist of 17 creative people that shared the same vision in delivering our values to the generation and have a mission of enhancing their potentials but in a fun way. MatterBatter concentrated on shoe-making that highlighted the "Walking Diary" that represented on the shoe designs. We also aim to be closely in touch and introduce the generation to relatable issues on our designs and campaign.There are several key activities & accomplishments for me as a COO, such as :- Lead the overall pre-production and post-production of shoe-making in the long run.- Associated with CEO, CFO, CMO, and CCO to closely balancing of key activities that requiregreat communication skills within different functional management.- 100% successfully produced 2 batches of vulcanized shoes within 3 months along withgreat impressions on sales for about 71% of total percentage during February to May.- Gathered up 8 vendors (both offline and online) to take part in MatterBatter’s shoe production,with the outcome of only 17% defective products that passed the quality control.- 100% arranged the SOPs, Inventory Management System, and Production/Development Schedule.- Successfully assigned 3 staff to different tasks in operations management (inventory,pre-production & supply chain, and logistic & shipping).
