I was responsible for the timely submission of reports (every 2 months) to the client representative which highlighted:• a log of my weekly site visits to the pilot plant, where o the jar tests were undergone in the on-site laboratory to decide whether to adjust the pilot plant's coagulant dose, o the chemical waste from the chemical backwash tank was neutralised before being emptied into the site allocated waste line. (This was done with respect to H&S - so a full body chemical suit was used, a gauntlet, a hard hat with ear defenders and visor, etc.)• The pilot plant's graphed performance with annotation, showing corresponding dates to significant occurrences• Improvements to be made and/or actions to be taken for the next 2 months, and the expectations from said improvements/actions. The pretreatment trial proved successful, with our client then hiring us to build and install the pretreatment solution at their newly built power station at another site.
