Current● Contribute to a broad HR spectrum: employee relations, performance management, policy advice,career development, coaching, talent, and change management.● Facilitate Employee Engagement and Relations by aligning with business unit leaders on equitabletreatment and policy adherence.● Manage diverse initiatives: Rewards & Recognition, Employee Experience surveys and Townhalls.● Provide strategic guidance via 1:1 sessions and Skip level meetings for effective team leadership.● Ensure proactive performance management, handling promotions, PIPs, and follow-ups.● Manage employee relations, investigations, and sensitive matters.● Coordinate compensation support: bands validation, payroll inputs, branding research.● Ensure timely deliverables, HR compliance, and trend analysis for future direction.
