Worked as an Associate Manager for the The Application and Dependency(ADDM) product. This product includes discovery of Unix, Windows, SAN ,SNMP v3 products. Major responsibilities undertaken were:• Setup a QA team of 7 in Pune consisting of Manual testers and automation testers.. The role included facilitating the team performance through hiring, training, mentoring, defining workload priorities. Helping the team improve on technical and soft skills. Was the first QA person on the team and built the team from scratch.• Project Management responsibilities –Estimation, Schedule tracking on performance metrics of products & projects and keeping the top management in loop through structured reports submitted periodically. Risk mitigating and reporting was an important part of it.• Introducing processes improvements and maintained perfect coordination with QA and development teams working on testing activities relating to several concurrent product releases.
