Worked as an Associate Manager for the The Application and Dependency(ADDM) product. This product includes discovery of Unix, Windows, SAN ,SNMP v3 products. Major responsibilities undertaken were:• Setup a QA team of 7 in Pune consisting of Manual testers and automation testers.. The role included facilitating the team performance through hiring, training, mentoring, defining workload priorities. Helping the team improve on technical and soft skills.
