Our goals are to identify their highest-value opportunities, address their most critical challenges, and transform their enterprises.Horizon Consulting is a diverse group of certified professionals including management, sales, marketing and Software engineers with strategic partnerships providing additional resources to complement and enrich our consultant’s technical expertise.Responsibilities•Demonstrated successful experience with internet sourcing, including mining online databases, conducting Boolean searches and social media sourcing strategies•Interact with the clients and understand their requirements. •Pre-screen potential candidates by phone or in person and set up technical screenings with our In-house Technical Panel.•Evaluation, and submission of the pre-screen candidates for contractual and permanent positions based on the clients’ requirements •Coordinate with client and candidate during client's interview process. •Evaluate skill level and manage the offer process for in-house hires, including reference checks, salary recommendations and offer acceptance/declines.•Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) on recruitment and Sourcing activities •Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.•Experience working in a fast-paced environment•Maintain effective communication regularly with candidates to foster long term relationships•Create job descriptions and posted to various job boards.
