If any abnormality occurs inform to concern department, then taken necessary action. Responsible of Rejection Review and Rejection Reduction Activity & why- why analysis. Daily Internal Audit of 5-S, Process Safety Inspection, checks if any unsafe Act, Unsafe Condition, checking PPE,. Take action and gives instruction or any Unsafe Action On the spot. Responsible for SOP make and work instruction for Quality checking point. Responsible for every month inventory and Consumable item usage monitoring & prevent from wastage. Responsible for Process Audit, product Audit & there document. Daily & monthly basics ready of QRQC documents.@DOCUMENTATION- Training Plan/Evaluation Plan/Skill Matrix Plan.  Prepare a monthly Rejection sheet & prepare of pareto chart  Prepare documents of control charts. Prepare documents of histogram. Making Handover Report for Next Shift Members  Prepare a Hourly Monitoring sheet.  Prepare documents of Quality Alert.  Prepare documents of 7QC (Quality control) tool.  Prepare documents of 8D disciplines.  Prepare documents of Action plane.  Prepare documents of Top Three defect of QRQC .  Prepare documents of PPT Representation.
