As i worked here as a manual QA in the PCG process(Private Client Group). Here I used to test some US insurance based web applications that is PCGX & CIP if i found any defects i had to report using defect management tool that is JIRA. All happened in the US virtual desktop. We don't have a US website access outside the US Virtual desktop.

As I worked as a manual QA. my roles & responsibilities are i had to tested web application and Android application manually using smoke, sanity and regression testing by creating test cases and i have to find bug using bug tracking tool like JIRA and Co-tracker also i had to retest the modified defects after fixing them i close them. i also send the report to the manager. Also worked on database testing to validate the data from the admin panel.

I used to manage the US based policy Data and little bit QA work on Us based insurance apps.
