Initiate, execute and manage projects. The projects consists of new product implementation, improvements in efficiency, quality, safety and ergonomics. Manage three chargemen who are tasked to provide electrical support to the plant. Maintain and monitor the performance of three sub-stations. Responsible to achieve energy sustainability standards set by Colgate Global as the plant's Energy Coordinator.

Asphalt Batching Plant erection, installation, commissioning and testing. Train and manage plant operations and maintenance teams.Manage plant resources ensuring production adherence. BRAC I was involved in two different projects. The first project was with UEM as the main contractor to build the Salwa International Highway Project. In this project, I manage 2 fully automatic asphalt batching plant and 2 semi-automatic wet mix base plant as a Service Engineer. In 2006, I was promoted and moved to another project with Gamuda-WCT as the main contractor to build the New Doha International Airport.
