Responsible for adjusting steering in customer vehicles. I also was required to inspect vehicles for any worn parts involving the task at hand. My goal was to guarantee the comfort and safety of our customers driving experience in a timely manner.I was sent to Ashland, MA for a 3 day course provided my Hunter Engineering. I received certification for my job on completion.

Assigned to hardware department, but assist customers in the front end, home & garden, building materials, lumber, plumbing, home deliveries, and shipping and receiving when requested. Received second Homer Award merit badge based on excellent customer service and work performance. Other departments that are visited frequently: Front End, Home&Garden, Building materials, Lumber, Plumbing, Deliveries, and Shipping and receiving per request.Earned a position as Front End Greeter, which is a key position that entails welcoming guests and directing people to the correct departments based on their needs. Gaining this position requires knowing the products and where they are located in the store.

Assigned to Garden department as a temporary associate for the summer season. Within the first two months I earned The Home Depot's Homer Award for excellent customer service.

Learned a variety of skills, methods, and procedural tasks working at Harbor Freight Tools at various levels of their store operation beyond my position that where business, logistic, and administrative based. Additionally: assisted as a cashier, in shipping and receiving, and in minor administrative duties regularly.
