My name is Devlin Willoughby and I have been fortunate in gaining a wealth of experience both professionally and of life over my 35 year career span.My working life began within the Corps of the Royal Engineers where I served as a Military Engineer and Non Commissioned Officer. The lessons learned there have never left me and I strive to maintain those high standards to this day.32 years ago I started my next career journey with South West Water where I have remained.In that time I have delivered roles ranging from the being a mains layer/service layer, through site supervision, project and program management and Organisational Development Consultancy.Each experience and opportunity has enhanced my skill sets and allows me to ensure that whatever task or role I deliver is done so with enthusiasm, professionalism and integrity.Currently I am fulfilling the role of Operational Training Delivery Lead, utilising SWW's bespoke Network Training Facility to provide consistent, safety focused Operational competency training.Providing the skills required to operate and maintain water networks to internal and external candidates. Driving innovation and helping the company itself deliver on its promises to our customers and achieve the core vision and values we aspire to.
