I have been working with Infibeam for the past 3 years, from 25th January 2016 till date. In these few years I have grown and evolved along with the company and have played different roles as required and assigned to me. I started as an Assistant Manager handling Vendor Management for the B2C Marketplace which involved everything from sourcing of vendors to obtaining quotes, negotiating offers,evaluating vendor performance ,ensuring payment & handling all operation related issues.Later, I was assigned the role of Category Manager for Lifestyle Category, pan India.I was handling a team of 10 and various subcategories which comes under Lifestyle.Currently I am working on developing new business vertical to provide customized business solutions to large corporate, where I play a key role in: Understanding the client's requirement,Formulating and recommending solutions ,Following up with implementation and execution of the same.

I worked as a Relationship Manager and my work involved coordinating with clients for Online Reputation Management, Social Media Marketing and Promotion, Website Designing and Development.

My work involved training content development, coordination and negotiation with colleges on training deliverable, draft and sign yearly contracts with colleges for conducting training,monitor and evaluate the training process till it was completed successfully.

My work involved interaction with HNI clients, assist them in making decisions regarding their valuable purchases. It also involved networking with prospective clients, understand their buying preferences and reservations and take purchasing decisions based on this knowledge. They also entrusted me with the management of their E- commerce portal www.mirrorwhite.com for sale of jewellery to international clients, coordination with Amazon (USA) for online sale of jewellery in the US.
