I have found my purpose, and that is to be an advocate for optimal mental health and wellbeing. I am an MHFA England Instructor Member, and understand the need to make workplace wellbeing a priority. My role as a Workplace Wellbeing Trainer for Solent Mind allows me to reach across universities and organisations to talk about and hopefully destigmatise mental ill health. I am also an Associate Tutor with the National Centre for Suicide Prevention, Education and Training. I'm passionate about motivating others to learn and achieve personal satisfaction through the learning process. I possess valuable business coaching skills to help others with building resilience and identifying strengths. In past roles I have helped others successfully manage their changing environment through development and delivery of effective training presentations on change, unconscious bias, cultural awareness, and resilience. These topics still resonate today in my role with Solent Mind.Competencies:Development and delivery of wellbeing workshops | Coaching and mentoring | Facilitation | Collaboration | Cross cultural communication | Learning and development | Training needs analysis
