About Maximiliaan Devloo

I see myself as a mentor and motivator in regards to our partners and my peers. It is great to see the tremendous growth of them and their sales teams in both existing and new markets.I love to be your sparring partner about proces (re)-engineering, automatisation and customer centricity, and I'm your partner in crime when it comes to negotiation and sales.Having founded and let go an AI startup, I'm currently running MDware, a software and venture building company that provides key solutions for the Retail- and Hospitality market.My little spare time is often filled supporting scale-ups and young entrepreneurs in their strategic endeavours. I'm a big fan and believer of HPaPaas solutions and think that they're a great breeding ground for innovation and higher productivity in both smaller and bigger companies. Along my journey, I've invested heavily in training how to build bridges between strategy, go-to-market and digital, and you'll see me popping up here and there in medium SMB's as external CIO and CRO, teaching and mentoring digital transformation and sales-driven strategy.In my personal life I'm fascinated by new technologies in IoT and the automotive world. I'm passionate about hearing and playing all kinds of music, and I find peace and quiet by travelling the world.
