I worked as an apprentice in the administrative area of the electrical, electronic, and instrumentation maintenance workshop at Suzano Papel e Celulose for five months. My responsibilities included managing the weekly maintenance schedule by verifying with each team member regarding the tasks assigned to them. The goal was to identify incomplete maintenance orders, understand the reasons for non-execution, and reschedule them for the following weeks.Later, I worked in the electronics laboratory, handling the dispatch and registration of equipment for external repairs, gathering the necessary information for shipping. Additionally, I provided general support to other team members, greeted visitors at the company entrance, requested safety equipment (PPE), and collected signatures on documents with management and operations. During this period, I used SAP software for material requisition and equipment registration for repairs, and MS Project, which I used in a simplified manner to track task statuses.
