 Coordinating with the sales team and carrying out Sentinel and CEAC process.(Risk management)  Assisting sales team in proposal preparation.  Customer follow ups if requested by the sales team.  Arranging customer meetings.  Coordinating with the sales team and preparing the quotations and submitting to the customers.  Coordinating and organizing events.  Organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentation.  Coordinating with sales team and updating database.  Handling in-coming prospect calls and communicating to the sales team if sales personnel are on the field.  Act as a customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products (in case sales team is occupied with meetings).  Maintaining and updating sales material.  Daily checking for tenders and keep updating the sales team.

Department responsibilities within the Enquiries department included, but not limited to responding to queries and solving issues and concerns raised by HSBC UK branch network, establishing contact via email with internal departments, and simplifying HSBC UK customer’s written requests so that internal departments and the branch network can easily identify what is required by the customer. My role within Enquiries Department involved advising UK branch and contact centre colleagues on on-going queries handled by UK Banking Operations departments, resolving to address all queries at the first point of contact I am constantly looking for ways to improve process and procedures within the department to achieve sustainable savings and to simplify customer experience and satisfaction. This has allowed me to provide positive customer experience by delivering consistent and fair outcomes to customers and by taking ownership of escalations and queries I have strived to deliver the first time outcome at the first point of contact. I have made sure that my team members are adhering to all HSBC risk guidelines including all global Anti Money Laundering and sanctions policies by keeping my colleagues informed of all risk and procedural updates on a constant basis. I have been responsible for training and integrating new recruits to the team including on occasion when the department manager may not be available.
