With over 20 years experience in business, operations, digital, e-commerce, analytics, and innovation, I bring a unique mix of skills and insights to drive change and deliver results across the organization.I am also the founder of xPert.LY, a new type of consulting firm that connects experts with clients who need focused and flexible solutions for their critical growth, turnaround, or new product challenges. Additionally, I am an adjunct professor at DePaul University. I have taught management, organizational behavior, internet marketing, and innovation courses.
