● 8+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year experience in .net, SQL and C# development. ● Experienced in managing the ServiceNow solution design for complex projects, ensuring best practice, quality and fit for purpose outcomes.● Customizing and developing for the ServiceNow Platform using JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Other Web Based scripting● Set standards for the ServiceNow instance governance related to best practices for defining configurations vs customizations, update set migration, cloning of environments, management of groups/users and data management.● Designed and engineered solutions leveraging all appropriate components offered by ServiceNow to answer the needs for business workflows, ticketing or other ITSM, HRSD requirements.● Experience on various ServiceNow modules like Service Catalog Requests, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change management, Integration with Web Services (SOAP & REST), Integration using Perspectium, HRSD and Integrations involving AES-128&256 bit Encryption and Decryption of Data.● Functional knowledge and implementation experience of ITSM, HRSD frameworks.● Hands on experience in Agile methodology and good understanding in usage of Agile module in ServiceNow● Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists etc.● Experience working with email notifications, Inbound actions, reports and home pages.● Experience on Catalog Items creation , Record producers, Flow Designers, Agent Workspace, Walk-Up Module.● Working on creation and customization of complex workflows and custom workflow activities, Flow Designer.● Worked with transform maps, data sources and different transform scripts for data loads and management.
