As the Marketing Officer for the Board of Directors my focus is building relationships and developing engagement in alignment with our mission. As a leader within Near West Little League, I am committed to our vision of creating an epicenter of community transformation through empowering coaches, athletes and families to be servant-leaders in and around Chicago’s Near West side.

In this role, I am responsible for managing a team of individuals while also leading collaboration on the creation, development and maintenance of key training and programs for Morningstar sales, customer success and support teams. We carry a focus across industry domain and product knowledge as well as client facing skills. In partnership with our Enablement team, we are committed to empowering our employees to stretch their capabilities, uncover their potential and develop relevant skills.
