Assistant Property Manager
Current- Leasing & Resident Relations: Support leasing efforts, conduct tours, manage lease agreements, and maintain positive relationships with residents.
- Rent Collection & Financials: Oversee rent collection, process payments, and assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Move-Ins & Move-Outs: Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections, paperwork, and unit readiness.
- Marketing & Outreach: Assist in executing marketing strategies to attract new residents, including social media, events, and partnerships.
- Maintenance Coordination: Handle maintenance requests, ensure timely resolutions, and schedule regular property inspections.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with local laws, fair housing regulations, and company policies. Generate reports for management to include weekly market survey of surrounding communities to track trends in.
