Assist in-house counsel (for Vista Paint & Le Baron Investments) with all phases of corporate transactions and civil litigation, including but not limited to case planning, development and management; legal research; fact gathering; and drafting and analyzing legal and transactional documents. Also provide executive-level administrative support and perform a variety of key functions for CEO and other corporate officers.

Responsible for managing 57 retail/office units, including negotiating leases, overseeing tenant improvements, coordinating outside vendors, reconciling CAMs, maintaining rent rolls, monitoring aging summaries, and preparing quarterly financial statements. Also managed payables, receivables, bookkeeping, deposits and ordered office supplies.
