Customer Service Representative
During my tenure with Kelly Services, I worked as an Apple Support Advisor for the Apple, Inc company cross-trained in three lines of business, Media Services Support, iOS Technical Support, and Apple Pay Support. This position allowed me to work widely with Apple devices and systems such as iPhone, iPad, iMac, Apple Watch, iCloud, Apple Pay, Cash and Card, and Apple Wallet. My position consisted of arranging appointments for customers at the retail store and other Apple Authorized service providers, issuing refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions, notifying customers of delinquent charges, restoring, backing up, and updating devices, basic troubleshooting, and transferring to appropriate and designated departments.
