○Develops comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specficiations○Executes test cases and records results, ensuring software functionality and usability○Writes and executes SQL queries to ensure accurate data retrieval and manipulation○Identifies and documents defects, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolutions○Conducts regression testing on a weekly basis to validate software application stability after changes and enhancements○Collaborates with cross-functional teams to coordinate product testing and adhere to project timelines○Participates in regular agile scrum meetings to provide status updates on new software functionality, testing progress, and identified risks○Assists in the creation and maintenance of test data in various test environments

○ Review and assess bot quality in correspondence to the company standards○ Report issues in bots and create trending reports weekly○ Maintain communication as new changes are made to QA guidelines○ Utilize SQL to gather data in order to verify information within the database○ Working with Developers to understand unique issues and fixes

○ Build and maintain bots that spider company job boards○ Communicate with Team Leads on projects to meet the department’s needs○ Investigate bots and create WIPs to solve problems for other developers○ Create new and help fix WIPs to new and existing ‘powered by(s)’○ Back-up Quality Assurance when needed○ Assists new Developers with any questions they may have
