ABIM certified internist, currently working as a hospitalist. I completed my medical residency with University of Central Florida in Gainesville and obtained my medical degree from Trinity School of Medicine.Previously, I taught math for three years at Jean Ribault High School in Jacksonville, Fl. I began this career as a 2012 corp member with Teach For America. I taught all boys Intensified Algebra I, Pre Calculus, Intensified Reading and AP Statistics. I was also head coach of Ribault Middle and High School Men's Swimming and Diving, and High School Tennis.I received my bachelor's degree from Wheaton College in MA with a psychology major, chemistry minor and a pre medical concentration. I was a competitive swimmer throughout my four years. During the first semester of my junior year, I was in the inaugural group from Wheaton to study abroad at the Royal Thimphu College in Bhutan. Over the summer before my senior year in college, I had an internship at Dr. Szivek's Orthopedic Research Lab at the University of Arizona in Tucson.I worked as a life guard for Wheaton, and for two summers I was a camp counselor at Camp Deerwood in New Hampshire. During the summer of 2015 I returned to Camp Deerwood as a senior counselor and director of water skiing.
