As the Business Head of Digital Acquisition & Salaried Segment , I have over 25 years of experience in setting up and running profitable businesses for banks in India with 3i as a key approach. I am also a certified digital leader from Cornell University, with a keen interest in leveraging technology and innovation to deliver omni-channel solutions and enhance customer experience.In my current role I also Head Product and Portfolio for the Bank wherein in a short span have launched a D2C offering, improvised propositions, build automations to save over 10cr costs for the Bank in the portfolio. In my previous role as BBH, I have a proven track record of leading and developing large and diverse teams across geographies and cultures, with a focus on revenue generation, process transformation, and compliance. I have also demonstrated my expertise in investment products, business banking products, and loans, as well as my ability to work with multiple stakeholders and partners to achieve both the firm's and the customer's expectations.
