-Coordinated the interview and hiring process that yielded nearly 200 applicants for 44 new tour guide positions-Interviewed, hired and managed a recruitment team of six members to centralize the recruitment process- Adapted to a virtual environment and developed a streamlined evaluation and interviewing process to hire a diverse team- Facilitated training for interviewers and orchestrated two rounds of deliberation, ultimately leading to the final selection of new hires-Managed social media content and established/oversaw the social media team-Engaged with all emails received from applicants, faculty and staff regarding the recruitment process. -Assisted with the organization of Destination Rhody, an event for prospective students to receive their final campus tour and meet representatives from student services, organizations and numerous departments on campus

- Oversaw general operations of the Higgins Welcome Center, which is visited by nearly 700 prospective students and families each week- Managed multiple tour guides and prepared them to conduct a successful and well-informed campus tour- Organized tours and sent them out periodically

- Created social media content, presented at first-year seminar courses, and worked recruitment booths to improve tour guide application pool- Assisted in the interview process that yielded 300 applicants for 39 positions
