For over 35 years, India Partners has helped to meet the needs of people in India suffering without food, education, shelter, medical care, and more. We are a faith-based non-profit and serve all regardless of caste, religion, gender, or creed.As, the Donor Relations Manager, I am responsible for representing India Partners to donors and the public at large; as well as maximizing donor retention and engagement, ensuring increase in donor financial investment. I work closely with the Director of Operations to create and implement India Partner’s fundraising strategy. I engage with Major Donors and new donors through consistent stewardship, appeals, and intentional donor events; as well as build relationships and submit grant applications to various foundations.

Skilled in grant writing and crafting compelling proposals; I have had the privilege to work with various non-profit organizations. I specialize in sharing your organizations vision and mission with others through eloquent and emotive written proposals, to help your organization receive funding and support.

As a Pastoral Associate, I helped the Executive Pastor with day to day church operations, Helped facilitate worship gatherings, coordinate community outreach opportunities, delivered sermons and teachings at gatherings, in addition to creating mid-week programs for church members.My primary job while at Sanctuary Church was to create mid-week programs, writing a teaching curriculum for these mid-week gatherings, as well as coordinating community outreach opportunities.In addition to curating programs and outreach opportunities, I also collaborated with the Executive Pastor to create a teaching schedule for Sunday gatherings, in addition to giving a sermon/Sunday teaching occasionally during the Sunday gathering.

As part of an internship for college credit, I worked with the College Students and Young Adults Ministry at Hillside Christian Church. I was apart of the leadership team, which met regularly to create and implement programs for the young adults at Hillside; as well as plan weekly services/events. I also was apart of the teaching team, where I was responsible for writing and delivering sermons and teachings at group gatherings. In addition to this, My primary project was leading a men's small group, as well as creating the curriculum for its meetings.

San Francisco City Impact is a Christian Non-Profit Organization that exists to intervene on behalf of the people of the Tenderloin district in San Francisco by providing relief efforts and a place of community to anyone in need. They have many community programs such as a K-8 School, a Rescue Mission, Medical Clinic, in addition to social workers to combat homelessness, addiction, and poverty.As a full-time intern, I worked in the K-8 school as a Teacher's Aid for the beginning of the 2019-2020 School year. I led and coordinated corporate and private volunteer groups, as well as served local low-income and houseless residents in the community. Outside of work hours, I volunteered at the organization's church "The San Francisco Worship Center" and volunteered at numerous events to serve the youth in the community.
