Most recently, I was an assistant manager at Murphy USA, where I supervised staff, handled inventory, and increased sales. Before that, I worked as an inbound customer service representative for a healthcare company with a federal contract, where I answered inquiries, processed claims, and followed protocols. I also have experience as a sales associate at The Home Depot, where I handled transactions, resolved issues, and ensured satisfaction. I have strong skills in customer service, food service, sales, and communication.
