Main responsibilities are as Lead Engineer for initiative projects. Advanced the drafts for a new product line. Creating detailed iterations and a overall standard layout.Developed models based on standards and known manufacturing techniques to gain insight and compare residual stresses.

Developed models to understands the impact of different failures in the field and stresses observed in different manufacturing methods. Designed and guided the manufacturing of field repair.

Worked within warranty group. Diagnosing field failures and determining root cause analysis through proper testing, teardown, and data analysis. Added to database to drive improvements into the product.While working in the internal/production quality group I had many roles. Leading and directing sorting operations to located incompliant material, analyzing process and process data for improvements, running and directing Gage R&R on multiple production machines to validate their performance, developed a Design of Experiments to gain insight into the performance impact of variation of multiple components.
