CurrentManage onboarding documents, including I-9, W-4, and IT-2104 forms, ensuring all paperwork is complete and processed before participants begin their internship work.Process weekly payroll for over 60 interns, guaranteeing accurate and timely payment in line with company policies and legal requirements.Review and resolve timesheet discrepancies weekly, maintaining clear communication with interns to ensure accuracy.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates for program entry, managing logistics and ensuring timely communication.Assist participants with job matching and connect their skills and talents to appropriate employer partners.Place and match over 60 participants into internship sites across the agency, ensuring optimal alignment with program goals and participant skills.
