- Working with Borrowers to collect/prepare underwriting closing packages documents for thoroughness, accuracy, and compliance with the risk management for Construction, Permanent, and Freddie Mac financing.- Order, review and track third party reports such as Environmental Reports, Appraisals, Engineer Reports, Construction contracts, Architect contracts, Insurance, and other items required in closing multifamily, low-income housing Construction and Permanent financing closings.- Maintaining relationships with Borrowers, Housing departments, Tax Credit syndicators, etc. working to improve and revitalize neighborhoods.- Inspecting properties and bench marking the energy usage to improve and reduce spending in buildings.

- Participate in long- and short-term program development and planning- Request and monitor the receipt of relevant property related documents- Conduct intake calls with registrants of BIB program and conduct site visits at damaged properties to determine initial scope of work- Coordinate preparation of scope of repair work between engineers and architects- Tier properties according to CDBG-DR regulations for receipt of funds- Track progress of internal goals, timeline, and deadlines, to ensure program is on track- Coordinate selection of General Contractors through bid process according to federal regulations

- Working with Origination staff to collect/review underwriting packages and closing documents - Coordinate closing with all appropriate parties including attorneys. - Drafts closing letters, escrow worksheets, accounting and loan setups and other exhibits and post-closing documentation for all new business construction loan conversion closings, and permanent loan closings and coordinates disbursement of funds in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures.- Prepare and tracks partial release documentation for individual unit sales, and maintains records. Prepare documentation for loan sales to the Secondary Market.- Manages and maintains a portfolio of over 200 loans. By reviewing and processing reserve requests, insurance invoices, tax bills and inspections. Monitor and followed up on escrow matters, payment delinquencies, deferred maintenance.- Foster relationships with borrowers and assist them with various issues in servicing their loans. - Analyzed year-end financial statements provided by borrowers to determine the benefits and profits of all commercial properties in portfolio.- Train new employees in current procedures. Teaching and assisting them in the daily tasks that they must perform.

- Working with clients, relationship managers, and operational units to ensure fees are accurate and collected in a timely manner.- Using various platforms for issuing and collection of fees.- Calculating projected and actual revenue for reporting and marketing.- Calculate, render, and maintain manual fee billing processes and reporting.
