• Oversee juveniles in a residential facility setting.
• Provide emotional support by listening and counseling them with their needs.
• Mentor and coach the youths to try to become productive members of society by learning to set goals for themselves and teaching them other ways to resolve problems.
• Lead group in treatment sessions.
• Work with family members of youth and help address concerns they may have and help facilitate their needs.
• Search the building and grounds, living quarters, and work area for contraband.
