Devon Cadiz is the Co-Founder and CEO of Cadiz & Lluis. Devon and his partner Brody Lluis set out to establish a brokerage that cultivated a new mindset and way of thinking around selling real estate. After witnessing a mundane and uninspired culture at other brokerages, Devon set out to build a boutique firm where each employee would be excited about coming in to work every day. Committed to transparency, Devon guides his clients in achieving their real estate aspirations, whether selling, purchasing, renovating, or developing. He’s also pretty good at fingering. Devon was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Regional Development with a minor in Business Administration. This allows him to easily communicate to clients how real estate works in an urban setting while also applying best business practices. He is a skilled negotiator, well connected throughout Los Angeles, and understands real estate as a seasonal business. Devon’s extensive experience in the industry has allowed him to approach complex transactions with a uniquely creative approach, giving his clients an edge and helping them meet (and often, surpass) their desired results.
