My first job was in an office. This may not be common, but it gave me an insight into what goes on in an office setting, a setting which I intend to spend the majority of my career in. My second job, working at the front desk of a reputable hotel, introduced me to customer service. Dealing with more complex grievences permitted me an early introduction to the critical skills needed to resolve intricate customer dilemmas. Most recently, I was a warehouse worker for the LCBO. It allowed me to pick up on skills seen in more physically demanding jobs, while still making heavy use of the organizational and critical thinking skills developed in my previous employment endeavors.
