Install different welding equipment/ technologies.Robotics- Initial setup of KUKA robots, calibration of spot/mig welding guns, setting up zoning of robots for safe interaction/creating interferences, configuring robot safety features, programming and teaching robotics for welding and material handling.Mechanical - As being part of the mechanical team, laying out fencing and position of equipment inside the cell. Installation of cable tray and air/water infrastructure. Fabrication of components for the machines/cells.

- Developed Robotic GMAW parameters on customer materials based on different material attributes and welding positions. All parameters being confirmed with visual requirements and macro results. - Developed WPS/PQR’s based off of results from customer material weld studies, testing to AWS code D1.3 and customer requirements.- As part of the welding systems team, performed robotic welding improvements/development, throughout the plant to resolve welding related issues- Collaborated with maintenance team with robotic tech radio calls. This involves weld reteaching, robotic programming, welding/material handler robot troubleshooting/maintenance, and also Jig/Fixture troubleshooting.- Experience with Fanuc and Motoman robots- Member of Tesla core team for welding improvements
