Over the last 20 + years I have been part of various teams in supportive work of health and wellness benefits. I have worked closely with membership and employer groups. I have had the opportunity to work with health plans at every angle from customer service to implementation, project management, quality review, innovative changes and sales support. In 2014 I expanded my knowledge to 401(K) as well as consumer benefits (HSA, FSA). For the last 6 years I have been supporting clients in the administration of their FMLA, STD, LTD, accommodations and state leaves assisting them in navigating through the laws that drive those policies.
