Currently working for PSAV in this new position in a larger location than previously and handling assistant/hotel internal needs. This has been giving me experience with sales practicing as well as any exhibitors that have been coming to the hotel. Communication skills are key in this position as I work with clients more often while also working with hotel managers or sales team. Organization and meeting goals have been a big focus in this position.

I worked as a technician for PSAV, I was trained in Audio, Presentation, Video, and general customer service. I began training in light sales and management work using Lightspeed and other billing software. While working for PSAV I was able to see the different steps to make major projects happen and how many of these projects needed to have careful planning and everyone pull their weight.

While being an Admin I do more than what admins usually do. I also sell our products to clients while handing various paperwork. The various skills or duties I use daily include billing, collections, selling, customer satisfaction, negotiation, organization, team management. The largest aspect is handling our smaller cliental which even that ranges in the thousands of dollars an order.

While working at this location i moved up shortly to a team lead position and was on track to continue moving up before i decided to work elsewhere. My responsibilities were prep, customer service, training and light management. The experience earned at this location showed me a wide variety of customer types and how to handle any situation.
